DWG type
2-wire rope / grooved drum type manual winch
Horizontal lifting work is enabled without lifting up one side.
This winch is useful for moving long items such as lids, piers, gates, batons horizontally. Two wire ropes can be attached as two wire ropes are synchronously wound in equal amounts along wire grooves dug into the surface of the drum. Long loads can be horizontally lifted, opened and closed without being diagonal. The wire grooves also has a function that reduces irregular winding of wire rope and shortening the fleet angle (distance to first pulley).
WD type
2-drum type manual winch
Suitable for horizontal opening / closing work with a fixed width.
This winch is frequently used for horizontal lifting and opening / closing work of suspended loads with fixed width such as dust collectors and floodgates. As 2 drums are connected, they can be simultaneously rotated by operating one handle. Two wire ropes that match the width of the load lifts and opens / closes the load. As it is designed according to the width of load, this winch does not go through pulleys and special wire rotation is not necessary.
PW type
Manual winch with wire retaining roller
Prevents wire rope slack that causes irregular winding.
If the wire rope loses tension when a suspended load lands on the ground or during horizontal towing, wire rope wound around the drum instantly loosens due to the reaction force, and wire rope bulging occurs and causes irregular winding. Setting up a wire retaining roller can suppress the slack and the bulging with a rotating roller preventing irregular winding.
HES type
Manual winch with handle fall prevention function
Prevents handle fall accidents due to incorrect operation.
When fixing a handle or adjusting the position, the handle may fall when your hand slips. If you drop a handle into the water while working at ports or rivers, it may be difficult to scoop up. If it falls from a work place at height, it may lead to an accident or equipment damage. In order to prevent the handle from falling, the bottom of the handle is extended to provide a “protrusion” for the handle itself to catch on the winch body, and holes have been machined to attach bolts and nuts.
LSTP type
Manual winch with brake release grip
The brake can be released (wire rope can be pulled out) in an emergency.
When ventilation dampers (lids) installed on car carriers must be closed in an emergency such as a fire, it is not possible to do so by simply turning the winch handle. By operating the emergency brake release grip, the manual winch brake will no longer work and the damper can be automatically closed under its own weight. It can be instantaneously operated by human hands when electricity and hydraulics do not work in an emergency and function to prevent the spread of fire.
