35% of MAXPULL WINCH’s total production is special winches. Various special electric winches are tailored to the customer’s site and usage in various environments. There are a wide variety of applications, capabilities, methods, sizes, and control methods. Different voltages (400V) are also supported. We respond to customer’s needs to move objects using our unique custom designs.

DWG type
2-wire rope / grooved drum type electric winch
Horizontal lifting work is enabled without lifting up one side.
This winch is useful for moving long items such as lids, piers, gates, batons horizontally. Two wire ropes can be attached as two wire ropes are synchronously wound in equal amounts along wire grooves dug into the surface of the drum. Long loads can be horizontally lifted, opened and closed without being diagonal. The wire grooves also has a function that reduces irregular winding of wire rope and shortening the fleet angle (distance to first pulley).
PW type
Electric winch with wire retaining roller
Prevents wire rope slack that causes irregular winding.
If the wire rope loses tension when a suspended load lands on the ground or during horizontal towing, wire rope wound around the drum instantly loosens due to the reaction force, and wire rope bulging occurs and causes irregular winding. Setting up a wire retaining roller can suppress the slack and the bulging with a rotating roller preventing irregular winding.
This is an option that is frequently used for “BMW three-phase 200V claw clutch series”.
BFH type
Electric winch with brake release & handle operation functions
In emergencies such as power outages, this winch moves a load to a safe place without electricity.
With a typical electric winch in an emergency such as a power outage, the brake closes and the winch comes to a standstill. Even in such a situation, the BFH type winch can handle cargo by operating the handle after releasing the brake. Even if lifting or towing is disabled, manual operation using the handle can move a cargo to a desired location. This winch is useful at various locatons for opening and closing a private gate, lifting a ladder, or opening and closing lids, etc.
SUD type

Prevents drum corrosion and loss of strength
Cargo handling work using a winch in marine environments include moving objects above or under water such as towing boats, opening and closing floodgates / dust collectors, and lifting and lowering underwater equipment. During such work, steel winch drums will rust due to moisture attached to the wire rope, and it decreases metal strength and leads to safety problems. However, changing the material of the winch drum to stainless steel can prevent such risks.
STB type
Control panel integrated electric winch
Not necessary to search for a location to install the control panel.
STB type is an option that integrates the control panel into the back of the electric winch. When using an electric winch in combination with a control panel, the control panel is generally wall-mounted or free-standing. However, using STB type winch will eliminate wall-mounting or free-standing installation. The control panel for the STB type is designed to be small by incorporating the internal circuit three-dimensionally so that it can be carried inside the winch.
